Elżanowski & Partners advised RAZOR GROUP, with its headquarters in Berlin, on the acquisition of an Amazon FBA business from a Polish entrepreneur. The business model of RAZOR GROUP is to acquire Amazon FBA businesses and use its unique know-how to expand their operations and scale them up.
