The 10th edition of the National Economic Summit 2024 is behind us, which was held under the slogan “State – Economy – Security: 2025: Poland facing new challenges“. As a Law Firm we became the legal partner of the event.
During the first day of the Summit, there was a panel on “RES and clean heat as priority directions of green transformation“, in which Fabian Elżanowski (att.) – Partner at Elżanowski & Partners Law Firm participated. The discussion touched the issue of new regulations in the area of prosumer energy and NFOŚiGW programs for the individual consumer sector. The second part of the discussion concerned the energy storage market, the installation of which in the Polish power system is necessary to ensure rational operation of the SN and NN networks. The need to provide funds for the development of transmission infrastructure as a condition for further development of renewable energy sources was also emphasized.

The discussion focused on the topic of infrastructure for electromobility, which was an introduction to broader considerations on the transport strategy for Poland. Much attention was paid to the pace of development of electromobility and charging infrastructure.
