We help buyers in structuring the transaction, conducting a due diligence, negotiations, and efficient takeover of the operational control over the purchased asset, including post-transaction integration. We advise our clients both in the standard purchases of enterprises or nonpublic companies (share deal and asset deal) and in the complex transactions on the public market. We work for individual clients, family companies, and investment funds. 

We provide comprehensive handling of private equitytransactions, including venture capitaltransaction. We represent both PE/VC funds, management groups (MBO), and private investors as well as the founders and management boards of companies that are the aim of the investment. We help to structure investments, conduct legal audits of the aim of the investment (due diligence), and prepare transaction documents. We advise on financing transactions from outside finances (LBO) as well as on the investments in the entities requiring restructuring (distressed assets).We help to structure and establish VC funds, including CVC funds.
